Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel had its ups and downs. Although the rooms were recently refreshed, the noise from the adjacent nursery and the loud bathroom extractor disturbed my sleep on two out of three nights. The view of a messy construction site outside was not the most pleasant. However, the service staff were friendly and efficient, kindly addressing any issues we had during our stay.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with everything you might need, but the atmosphere can feel a bit stuffy. The service is professional but could be more relaxed. The location is great with nearby river walks, although parking can be a bit tricky. The dining experience is good overall, especially with the cooked English breakfast buffet. The hotel provides excellent facilities, catering to various needs.
The hotel was a pleasant place with friendly staff and a good location near Hampton Court. However, the rooms were small and stuffy in the attic, and the cleanliness was a bit of an issue, especially in the restaurant area.
